It was a long journey and a long time to be seated near someone with no mask. She also had heavy bags to load into the car and he didn't even get out and offer to help. I realise drivers don't have to help load but its usually polite to offer. We are quite disappointed with the whole experience "

I don't think it's acceptable to be 30 minutes late for an airport run; to not call until after the scheduled pick up time and then to advise that you will be 15 minutes late.... when you're actually doubly as late as this!
