The post-booking process was difficult, with no details available of the firm who the booking was actually made with, a generic car firm name put on the booking, and no contact details. The Taxicode helpline was not available at 8.30am to be able to confirm that a 9.00am booking was actually booked. The return journey was not confirmed via email despite making the booking 3 days in advance."
